Great feedback for our Pilates Instructor Training!

Jenny and new baby Macio!
We want share the fantastic feedback Jennifer Landells is receiving for her Pilates Instructor Trainings here at Body Balance Institute.

Jenny joined studio owner Vicki Sullivan on the Balanced Body faculty earlier this year and teaches Mat 1 & 2 and Reformer 1, 2 & 3 – part of the Pilates Comprehensive Instructor Training we offer.

Adding Jenny to the Body Balance Institute family has allowed us to accommodate more Pilates professionals and enthusiasts in the Jacksonville area and from as far away as Alabama, Georgia and Louisiana.

Jenny is currently on maternity leave and we already miss her!

Here is some of the feedback she's received for her most recent trainings:
"I am thrilled with how much I enjoyed the Reformer 3 workshop. Our instructor, Jenny, was so patient with the millions of questions I asked. I walked away at the end of the week feeling confident in my new knowledge and excited to pass it onto others." (Reformer 3)
"My experience with this course was very positive. I felt like the information/exercises were covered thoroughly, there was enough time to absorb everything we learned, practice and ask questions. Our instructor Jenny was amazing and so full of knowledge and information. I never felt as if I was asking the "wrong" or "stupid" question. On top of just covering the material in the book she had great suggestions for how to work with a wide variety of clients and she made us feel as though we can always go back to her with questions that may come up in our future studies or teaching experiences." (Reformer 2)
Here's a little about Jenny:
Jennifer Landells movement background began at an early age as a dancer. Jennifer attended Western Michigan University where she was introduced to Pilates through the dance department. After discovering kinesiology and movement science, Jennifer changed paths and earned her degree in Exercise Science from WMU. In 2000 she found the perfect way to combine the two passions by completing her full advanced Level 2 certification in STOTT PILATES.

Jennifer is also certified in Cardiolates and has specialized breast cancer rehabilitation training through STOTT PILATES and The LeBed Method. Jennifer has further training including lumbar and pelvis stabilization, shoulder girdle stability, pre-natal Pilates, stability ball, foam roller, and flex band workout, toning ball workout, Pilates on the BOSU, Jumpboard Interval Training, Pilates for Golf, and Ultimate Back Care.

Jenny has worked with all levels of clients from beginners and post-rehabilitation to Olympic hopeful figure skaters, professional dancers and NFL football players. Jennifer loves the opportunity Pilates provides her to develop motivating workout sessions that suit the individual needs of her clients.
