What's going on here? What's all this about Thai Yoga Massage?

Thai Yoga massage takes place on a comfortable mat on the floor. You wear comfortable, stretchy clothing and no oils or lotions are used. The therapist uses her hands and feet to massage and stretch your body. This stimulates energy flow and releases pain and tension. Sound good?
