Introducing the BBI BODcast! Episode 1 features Long Stretch

Tips for Long Stretch on the Reformer:
Springs: 1 to 2 Red (on a Balanced Body Allegro or Studio Reformer)
Breathing: Exhale to press away, Inhale to return
Increased challenge: Lighten the spring tension
Precautions: Shoulder, Arm & Wrist injuries
Modification: Knees down on carriage
