Using technology that has been highly researched and scientifically proven, the Power Plate naturally stimulates muscle reactions 25-50 times per second as well as stimulating the cardiovascular, lymphatic and nervous system. NEW! Men's Night Out Reformer Class on Wednesdays

On December 9th at 6pm we are kicking off a new class for men only! Our Men's Night Out Reformer class will appeal to weekend warriors and dedicated athletes alike. Skeptical? Check out this picture (right) of Joseph Pilates at age 57! Here are just some of the myriad benefits Pilates offers men:

Cross-Train
Pilates builds strength, endurance, flexibility and stamina while integrating your musculature. This gives you a solid foundation for the sports you work hard at: golf, running, swimming, tennis, basketball and football. Enhance your performance with Pilates!

Build your Powerhouse
Pilates keeps you fit where it matters most: your core or powerhouse, as Joseph Pilates called it. Work the deep muscles of your abdominals and back to support your spine - benefiting your posture and enhancing your game.

Functional Fitness
Pilates challenges your entire body: arms, legs, glutes, back and abs. You'll quickly incorporate what you learn in Pilates - agility, flexibility, balance, precision and efficiency - into your daily life. Whether it's mowing the lawn, biking on the beach, playing 18 holes or hanging out with the family, Pilates helps you do it better.

HOLIDAY SPECIAL! 4 classes for $126 or 8 classes for $205. This is a great holiday gift for the special man in your life!

Gyrokinesis Classes on two Saturdays in December!

On two Saturdays in December we are offering Gyrokinesis classes! Join us Dec 5th and 19th at 8:30am for 90 minutes of three dimensional movement (circles, spirals and waves). Be prepared to move and sweat, create space in the joints, improve flexibility, strength, and stamina - all while challenging and stimulating the brain-body highway!

Special price: $15 per 90 minute class. Call or email us to reserve your space in class.
