Dive into the EXO Chair! One of the most versatile and affordable pieces of Pilates equipment from Balanced Body, the EXO Chair is a great addition to any studio. Taught by visiting Master Trainer Cheryl Lemmer, the EXO Chair Module 1 workshop includes an introduction to the history and principles of Pilates, the features, function and safety precautions for the EXO Chair, beginning and intermediate Pilates EXO Chair exercises with modifications and lectures on class sequencing in a studio or fitness setting.

Cheryl Lemmer is a Master Trainer for Balanced Body University and joins us from Eugene, Oregon. Cheryl faculty in the Performing Arts department at Lane Community College. She is a certified GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® instructor and is also certified in Pilates through Polstar. Cheryl has taught movement workshops and toured as a professional dancer throughout the US and England.

Our Mat & Toys series continues on October 2nd from 4-7pm with 'Ring Around the World' - a 3-hour workshop featuring the Pilates Ring. Taught by guest instructor Cheryl Lemmer (read more about her below), you'll learn to use this perfect isometric training and toning device to create a strong core, toned legs and enhanced flexibility. Included in the $149 registration cost is an Ultra-Fit Circle and a BBU Mat & Ring Manual.

Designed to increase your flexibility and strength, you'll also learn a self-massage sequence that can help speed up your workout recovery - plus it all feels great! Included in the registration cost is a True Blue Magic Roller and a BBU Mat & Foam Roller Manual. There is still room left in this class, so don't miss out! For our clients who like to take advantage Private sessions and Studio classes, we've created a new payment option for you! The Studio Package lets you set up an account for $799. This pay up front plan allows you to mix and match your sessions at the lowest rates without the worry of attending consecutive classes. You can attend a Private session at the 10-pack price and, space permitting, classes at the 8-pack price. Each session you attend is deducted from your account, and we'll alert you when your account is due. This account will be good for 6 months and our 24 hour cancellation rule does apply - so let us know at least a day ahead if you cannot attend. This plan also requires that clients check for availability of class equipment, as class sizes are limited. Let us know if you are interested in the Studio Package and we'll get you started!
